Lauren specializes in working with students one-on-one. All students are unique in body and spirit and private classes provide an intimate experience curated to meet the individual’s needs. Classes are designed  with respect to your place in this moment based on your health, body type and lifestyle. Lauren will tailor your lesson to meet a variety of intentions, such as:

  • Developing a new practice
  • Returning to the mat after a pause in your practice
  • Learning to tweak a practice with respect to an injury
  • Integrating a therapeutic yoga practice to transcend from illness to wellness
  • Delving into the intricacies of specific postures
  • Modifying or beginning a practice during pregnancy
